When I first saw this bag, I was amazed at it's size. I am normally a tote bag person, and opted for this one because it was cheap and a had a top closure (unlike the tote bag).

It is quite small, but I was amazed at just how much I can actually fit into it. It's really the perfect size.

I am very pleased with this purse. It is roomy, has plenty of pockets for my cellphone, makeup, etc. It closes with a magnetic snap, which I like, as I hate to always be zipping my purse. This is my first actual purse, I've always had shoulder bags, or things like that. So this was kind of a hit or miss type deal for me. But when I got my purse, I was very happy with it. It's not too big, and it's not too small. I can carry the majority of what I need in here. The only thing I wish they would have added was more pockets. It only has three pockets in the interior, one for my cellphone. But that's my only complaint about it. So far it's been pretty good to me.

I got the black purse, I liked it a lot, the only down fall i thought was the handle is a bit short to fit on my shoulder but I assume that being a hobo i would not carry it like a shoulder bag, but overall its a good purse spacious and material soft so that is a plus.

I just purchased this bag in shale. The hobo is expandable to a tote size. It's nice and deep and has a nice white silk lining inside. There is a zippered pocket as well as smaller slots for cell phone, etc. The exterior has kind of a textured feel. There is dull gold detailing all over the bag which I liked very much. This is an all round versatile bag (semi-casual to dressy).

I've used other reusable bags in the past, but after purchasing the Envirosax bags I'll never switch to another! The bags are small enough to keep in my purse so I always have one handy for an unplanned trip to the store. They fold up small, but once open can hold more items than plastic shopping bags - and best of all you don't have to worry about plastic handles breaking. I own several different types of reusable bags though until now I almost NEVER remembered to bring them with me to the store! I love these bags so much I actually look forward to using them! When folks say they fold down to about the size of a roll of sushi they aren't kidding. They are really light weight and hold a surprising amount of stuff! (See my pictures of one of the Mikado bags holding 5 full sized 2 liter bottles.) The carrying case is convenient for large shopping trips while each individual bag is small enough to allow me to carry a few at the bottom of my purse. I can't tell you how many times I've kicked myself for forgetting to bring my own shopping bags to the store. Since I received these I haven't missed an opportunity to use them. We live in a beach community and these will be perfect for toting all our beach gear this summer!

While they are expensive, in my case that factor combined with the attractiveness of the designs is likely what encourages me to remember to use them! They are strong, pretty, light weight and washable. They would make a great gift idea, especially as a bridal shower gift or as part of a wedding gift. In fact, these are so pretty they would be ideal to wrap a gift in for presentation. I love them!

I received my first 5-pak of Envirosax for Christmas, 2009. I was at first leery of the fact that I would have to fold them and put them back in their carrying sack and thought it might be a pain, but I quickly got over this as soon as I saw how wonderfully convenient these sax are. I carry them in the car, all neat and tidy, take the whole 5-pak into the grocery store, load up, bring them home then EASILY fold the individual sax up to replace them in their carrying bag. I have since purchased the 5-pak as a gift and will continue to do so. Plus, they are beautiful and I have been stopped more than once by women (mostly, so far) asking where I got them and how do I like them etc.

The bag is nice but the handels are sliding out of the rim, so at any given they slide out the bag will drop. So I have to take a minute to put it back together and also when I Get my hands on some pliers push the ring together. I shouldn't have to do that with a new bag. The hande ormaterial surrounding th ring is tearing. I thought this was leather. Anyway I need the bag so I can't return it.

I really liked the look of the bag and for the price I thought it would be fairly good quality. I received the purse and after to using it for a few days I noticed it was kind of a pain because if you need to get something out of your purse you have to pull the bag open because the metal links make it hard to open. After using the bag for a week the handle broke. I am returning the bag for my money back. I know it is not an expensive purse, but for half the price you can go to Target and get something similiar.

For a $49 dollar purse, you can see the inner stuffing of the purse handles when the handles are hanging down, which admittedly wouldn't bug most people. After only a handful of times that I've used the bag, the faux-leather on the decorative ropes that hang from the front has already started to peel near the gold beads.

The dimensions suggested that the purse would fit my laptop, but for whatever reason - maybe because of the shape of the purse, which is sort of cinched in at the top due to the decorative ropes - it doesn't fit my laptop vertically or horizontally.

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice-looking purse. The navy blue is a beautiful color, and the bag looks fashionable. I guess it just didn't quite match up with what I had imagined!

This bag is great, it has so many compartments so things aren't just thrown inside like alot of other purses. It's not genuine leather but most people can't even tell the difference!
